Squash Club

The Appleby Frodingham Squash Club is a section of App Frod. Click here for App Frod membership.

At the Squash club we have 4 courts which are highly maintained.

We offer a Pay & Play for £6.00 per 45 minutes which requires a £5.00 deposit. Only on weekdays between 9am and 2.30pm.

We have our own booking system and a shop selling squash equipment.

We have a small gym upstairs and have a fitness class from 6.15pm on a Monday.

We also play team squash internal/Cup competitions in Hull, Yorkshire or Grimsby.
